The second week will take place from 18th - 25th of August. This week will be for singers at 2nd year undergraduate level and above, with a focus on performance, improving Italian language and recitative; working towards a performance of opera scenes and arias at the end of the week in The Da Ponte Theatre, the cost of this week is £1100.

If you want to apply for our MusicaLink scholarship which includes coverage of the course fees as well as a cover role in this year’s production of Così fan tutte in the Da Ponte Theatre, please also attach an up to date musical CV and indicate in the application form which role you are audition for and which audition dates you are available for. You must also be available for the whole rehearsal and performance period up to the 8th of September.

Manchester (12th December)

The deadline to apply for a Scholarship is 25th November. You may still apply for the Summer School Week 2 Programme after this date.

As a Scholar, you will work alongside the Director and MD in the lead up to the production, participate in on-stage rehearsals as well as a full cover-run in the Da Ponte Theatre. You will also be in the chorus for the main shows of Così fan tutte on the 6th, 7th and 8th of September. This is a wonderful opportunity for those nearing the end of their studies, looking to gain valuable stage experience before entering into the profession.
